Gulf Waters RV Resort
We just discovered Gulf Waters RV Resort, Ft. Myers Beach, FL. We have been in Siesta Bay RV since 01/01, which is only about a mile from Gulf Waters, but we sure didn't know it was there. It looks really nice and has extremely large RV lots. Has anyone stayed there for the winter? We drove through there last night before dark and counted 2 or 3 Montana units.

We had some friends stay there this winter. They really like it, however, it is really pricey.

We went back and talked to folks in the office. Price range for "prime" winter months are from about $1,300 - $1,700 depending on what lot you get. All lots are the same 30'x 100'. But that does include electric, water, taxes, and everything else. So actually since all that is included they are almost the same as Siesta Bay or Indian Creek, maybe just slightly higher.

We are not in the Monte now but across the street in Kelly Greens. I haven't been to Gulf Waters but had friends who stayed there and enjoyed it.
