Had both and prefer the stand alone bathroom also prefer it to be downstairs but it sure does take up a lot of space in that configuration. Wouldn't be as comfortable for day to day living but for 30 min a day or so it sure would be nice.

We have had both and prefer the all in one because when the kiddos came to visit in the RV with the split bathroom, hubby and I had to wait until everyone was done with showers before we could go to bed. Now in the 3610 we have the all in one and it has the large shower, plenty of floor room, and hubby and I can go to bed when we get ready and they don't feel like they're imposing on us. Much more room in the all in one vs. the closet. We have plenty of room around the bed for dressing as well as in the all in one bathroom. Also, if the kiddos get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom they're not coming into the bedroom.

In our former 2980 we had an accordion door we could use while those taking showers needed to. Now in our 3402 there is a sliding door into the bedroom and into the lower part so the bath becomes an all-in-one with no disturbances to the living area or the bedroom area.

Likewise, what Mina said for me. The pocket/sliding door close off the bath/stool area, so no problem going to bed for us either. DW on the other hand likes the all in one idea. We came from a smaller SOB 5ver with an all in one. Maybe that's why I like the walk through-more room. Either way it's not a game changer for us, Hannah will be with us for a few years yet.

Yes we had the Pocket Door on our 2955, but if someone (no names mentioned) goes up into the bedroom for something and "Forgets" to pull the pocket door closed, the person showering (the other half) steps out of the shower in full view of everyone in the Living room. Thank goodness it was only her daughter, but it made the all in one a prioity on our SOB.

The all in one bathroom was one of the absolute reasons we wanted a new unit and it was in the 331RLT. I was in the same situation as JandC when it came to dropping the boys off at the pool!! The closet was too small and I put up with it for 9 1/2 years!

We had three FW's with the separate baths but commode closet was large, and weren't sure we would like the all together bath. Several friends with Montanas told us to make sure we tried out the closet before making a decision. The all in one is the main reason we chose the Mountaineer 358rlt over the 3582 Montana with the separate bath. My DH is too tall for the separate closet and had to leave the closet door open. Also did not like the side turned commode or the large bathtub/shower in the hallway. I personally don't need a huge bathroom like in the front baths. Do like the bath and 1/2 idea though. Can't please everyone, guess that's why they make so many different floor plans. We would probably never go back to separate bath.

Like Myna we like the divided one so we can use the stool while the other shaves or showers.also seems to be more dressing room

All-in-one for me. We had a 3582 ordered but it fell through (long story). That's the one thing I didn't like about it - the walk through bathroom. I wasn't sure where I was going to put wet towels, the 'potty room' was so small once you sat you couldn't get up again. Plus the extra sink in the bedroom was just a waste of space for me. We now have the 3611 on order and I'm much happier with that bathroom. Love that model, except that they put the washer in the closet so you have to move the clothes and get in the closet to open the washer door. That's one of the first mods on the list. I have a feeling that design change won't last very long.

It's all in one for us. Bonnie refused to go full time until Keystone came out with the all in one.

Walk thru bath is the only way we roll.
Opens up the bedroom and makes the whole area more open and easy to dress in.

We currently have the walk through bath, and I prefer the roominess it gives for dressing. The pocket doors on both sides make it a full bathroom if you prefer. Most of the new models seem to have such tiny bathrooms that seem very cramped. I just ordered the 3910 solely because of the bathroom configuration. I could not give up closet space to put the W/D in there, so it's in a perfect place now.

each to their own. we have a 3402 and the extra sink is kinda of cool but, I keep hitting my head on the cabinet when I use the sink to rinse my mouth after brushing. wife wants an all in one bathroom next time.

I agree, I didn't know if I would like the all in one bathroom, but after choosing our 2013 Mountaineer 358 rlt because if the bath arrangement, we love it and would not go back to the separate bath. That's why we have all these choices to pick what we like.

All in one here, because we do not like to go through the bath to the bedroom and the shower and sink in the bedroom. Really who thinks that is a good idea. Shave, Shower and brush my teeth in the morning while my wife sleeps right across the way. Not happening. I guess that's why the units with that configuration are still on the dealers lot with big discounts. Question answered.

All-in-one. I like the bathroom warm when I shower and I don't want hubby traipsing thru to the bedroom and letting all the warm air out. It also works better when we have company. If someone is showering and I need something out of the bedroom, I don't have to wait until they are done.

I am like you, Tom. I had been looking at the 3582RL because of the split bath (3402RL is the only other split bath plan available except for the discontinued plans). Every time I find one anywhere within a reasonable drive, it is gone before I even have a chance to go look. Only ones I can find now are much too far away just to go look.
