Doloras co western rally reg status from resort
Hi All for those who have signed up and not on waiting list you should have received an email from the resort with your reg conformation if you dont see it in your in box check your spam it maybe under Westview rv resort or from Kathy Stone if you didn't get it let me know.

It was definitely under the Spam folder. In our case it was just an email with no text, just an attached PDF with the invoice. There were no instructions or mention of whether this was a pay in full or just a deposit. It does have a Subject of Westview RV Resort.
I'll call today for those details.

For everyone’s info, there is no need to send money she will collect on your arrival for your site also she said the site number is subject to change so your all set.
Also if you need to cancel please let me know and also call resort and let them know so i can fill your spot with those that are waiting Thanks. Dan

I received our reservation. I just spoke with Kathy and gave her my credit card number to hold the site. The campground will not charge the card until we arrive.

Do we need to call and post a credit card with Kathy to firm up our reservation? It seems a bit unusual not to do a credit card as someone else has done already. I don't want to inundate her with phone calls over this.

If you mean showing up late for your reservation with the resort, I dont think it would be a problem you just need to let the resort know you will be late. Just make sure you communicate with them so they don't give your site away.
