Check the plug on the rear of the RV. Remove the screws holding it to the fiberglass and examine the wire connections to the plug. I am betting you have a short there.
The other rare potential is where the 120V line comes into the circuit breaker panel. There could be a loose connection there. I doubt it, but worth looking at if the rear plug isn't the cause.
