Motion light sensitivity...
Is there a way or trick to make the hallway and stair lights less sensitive?
My mom slept in the living room bed last night, and every time that she moved even a little bit, the hallway moron light comes on.
We have a 3741FK, so that person is only a couple of feet from the sensor...

If they are the same as mine there should be a switch that you can turn off at night.

I looked, and didn't see an obvious switch. But, switching them off at night defeats the main purpose for them, IMHO. I want to see where the steps are at night without turning in a bunch of other lights.

If you have an AC Outlet near by you can buy inexpensive LED Nite Lites that turn-on at dark and off in daylight.
Have one in our bathroom and one on the end of our counter just a couple of feet from the inside steps.

We don't have any outlets close, so that option is out.
Good idea though...

Battery or rechargeable motions light are the way to go I would think. You stick up magnetic tape and then the light just sticks to that. You can then place them where the light and motion sensors are just right for your needs.

It's actually not the location that's the issue. They are in a "good" spot, and if I was going to install a different type of motion light, I would probably want them right where they are.
The issue is that the current ones are just super sensitive to movement. You can be 6' away, sitting in the couch, and lift your hand to point the remote at the TV, and the light will come on. If you're sitting in the living room, they are constantly coming on all night long, even when you're not sleeping there. The problem is worse in the night, because you're sleeping, and not lights are going off every time that you move...

Hmmm, I see your problem. It wouldn’t look the best, but perhaps some tape over different parts of the lens would decrease the sensitivity. If that works you could put some pretty paint over part of the lens?

That was my thought as well, and I was going to try that when we were out last week, but I didn't have any black electricians tape handy...

We had the same problem. Our solution was a piece of tape. Still came on once in a while, but not at every little movement.
