Hi everyone. We just purchased our first Montana High Country 381TH 2 weeks ago. We have owned several 5ers in the past but nothing by Keystone. We love the layout but have some concerns with things. The AC in living area not cooling, the lift on bed not raising or lowering smoothly and then there are the small things like jacks not working. It is currently at the dealership getting corrected (hopefully-it is Camping World) and that in itself is a let down with their tech staff.
I hope yo find lots of information and assistance on here and look forward to communicating with everyone.

Welcome to the forum! You don't mention the year of your rig. If it isn't a late 2018 or a 2019 you should look at past posts on AC for the PVC pipe fix and other ideas to get better air flow. If it's hot where you normally go and you've done the other fixes you may want to go to a 3rd AC unit like we did. As to the Camping World you are using. If you aren't happy with the results call Keystone Customer Service and request whom else they would recommend in your area.

Sorry 2018. We asked about 3rd air and dealer said Keystone wouldn't allow it and cover the warranty on the unit????
