Newbie in an oldie
Hi all! Older newbie here...I just purchased a 2002 3280 RL to make a MAJOR life change and move to Nevada to be near my daughter and her family. I have never owned and rv and plan to be living in it full time with my 4 Chihuahuas by May. This should be an awesome adventure! Wish me luck! Any advice is welcome and appreciated! Happy camping!

Agree with above. One of the friendliest forums you will ever log on to. Ask all the questions you want and someone will be back quickly to help with an answer.

Congrats on your new rig! Nevada is a great place to be! We're from the Reno area and it's a bit chilly here right now, but it will warm up soon.
This is a wonderful place to learn all about RVing. There are lots of knowledgeable and helpful folks!

We love Winnemucca! My son lives there and my sister lived there for many years. She was a 3rd grade teacher there before she retired. You'll love it! Just make sure you are prepared for the winter. Right now it is 33 and the wind is blowing HARD, which makes it feel like 23! We're supposed to get snow tonight.
Best of luck and let us know if you need anything.

Welcome to the forum. You have big adventures ahead of you. The last time we passed through Winnemucca was early April a few years and we stayed over due a snowfall. Nice little town and area.
