We are new Montana owners and, on our third trip out discovered that we were having a tough time closing the left bottom door on our model RM1350SL fridge. The center panel that bridges the gap between the two doors was hanging up and we would have to raise the left side door almost 1/2" to close it and that was causing problems with the right side. Needless to say, the temp inside the fridge was creeping up.
This may not be a new problem for this group but, in case it is, we found a solution that is a simple easy fix.
On the bottom left-hand side of the left door is a set screw. Turn it clockwise a couple of full turns with the door open . See if the door closes making sure the center panel is high enough to slide into the groove in the bottom of the door. Turn more if needed until the panel separating the two doors slides easily into its groove. We had to turn ours quite a few turns for this to happen. The door is now functioning as it should and the temp in the fridge is 33 degrees.
We plan on making this part of our checklist in case it happens again.
