Service Center Tour - Montana Owners Club

The Service Center Tour will be held 26 September 2016 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM. This will allow you to see the behind the scenes working of the Service Center when you call to report a problem or ask a question about your unit and it also includes a tour of the maintenance facility.

NOTES:

1. This tour is being held on the same date and times as the factory tour. If you plan to do both you must request times to accommodate both. The factory tour will be a short distance from the Service Center. It is recommended that you allow 1/2 hour between tours.

2. This post is for the Service Center Tour only. The Factory Tour will be announced on a separate post at a later date by Ron Ames.

3. This tour will take about 30 minutes. This tour is not designed to discuss current problems with your unit. This will be handled at the 15 Min Tech visit on site at the Fairground. Each time slot can accommodate 16 people.

To let those that are posting for both the Service Center Tour and the Factory Tour-- These are separate tours and there will be a separate post by Ron Ames(who happens to be out in the boonies with no reception for his computer at the present)for the Factory Tour. George and Rosetta handle the Service Center Tour and Ron and Terrie Ames are handling the Factory Tour.
