15 Minute Tech Visit

The 15 Minute Tech Visit will be Thursday 22 September 2016 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. This is your opportunity identify any problems you have with your unit to Keystone.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

In order to be placed on the schedule, I must have the following information:

Your first and last name

The last 8 numbers/letters of your 5th wheel VIN

Your cell number including area code.

I know some of your are not comfortable with putting your cell number on the forum. This information is needed by Keystone so they can contact you as needed. You can PM me with your cell number. It will not be posted on the MOC forum.

I may not be able to guarantee you the time you ask for because of multiple requests but I will put you on the schedule as close as I can.

Deadline to get on the schedule is 15 September 2015.

A note from Keystone:

"Out of respect to your fellow MOC members, we need to do everything to stay on schedule. If it is determined that an individual situation may need more time than has been allotted here, together we will decide on an additional follow up time, place and method to continue our communications so we can do everything to help. Thank you for your cooperation and for buying our product."

From me: We really need to try and stay on schedule. A way to help is for you to write down your items you want to discuss with the technicians and not try to commit them to memory. Also, this is not a time to be used as a complaint session. Remember these are technicians coming to your site and are there for a specific purpose. You will have time to talk with a Keystone representative in another forum. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
