Do they remove ac units and roof vents to spray under them? If not, I'd worry that could be a problem later

I've seen posts on other forums by people who used the roll on version and they liked it. Had to remove as much caulk as possible, AC cover & etc., and then recaulk afterwards, but it went well. Don't know about how it holds up long term, but if we have to replace our roof, I think we'll go with it.

I've been in contact with North Trail RV in Fort Myers Florida which is one of the dealers that use the product They say it has a lifetime warranty against leaking they do remove everything on the roof as well as all caulking and say there is nothing to ever reseal

A dealer or company that applies it can tell you anything but I would try to find someone that has had their roof replaced with the product and see what they have to say-- good or bad!

Looks like a great product, to bad the factories don't use something like this. Any idea on the cost?
