Don and Bonnie Lee are signed up for the factory tour at 10:20am. Sign us up for the 9:30 customer service tour if that gives sufficient time to get to the factory tour. If not, sign us up for that remaining 8:30 slot.

I don't know if this has been asked, but is the service tour location close to the factory? What are the addresses so we can plan our route to get from place to place in a timely manner.
