Customer Service
Have you all contacted Keystone Customer service on line? Did you get an answer to your questions? It seems to me that I am being ignored. When I contact Camping World with a problem, they tell me to contact Keystone.

Our CW has a warranty clerk. She contacts Keystone for you. I don't know if that's national policy or just our store. Some repairs do need prior approval. She takes pictures and sends with request. Seems to work for us.

I used the on line request form and received a answer in about 3 days.
On a different matter I called and was connected to Cory Germann. He was able to answer my question and sent me a PP presentation on the question.
Also what Hook said is how it usually works at the dealer level.

LC,
I bought my Monty the same place as you did. I have never had a problem with service at South Alabama or the Navarre Camping World. They always contacted KS if required. You seem to be upset about something, tell us what it is and perhaps the kind, knowledgeable folks here can help.

Camping World of South Alabama has been real good, it is just a real pain to keep going back down there. There are still places I want to see in the rest of this great country.
So far I have had to replace a LP hose, shower faucets, the bladder in the washing machine drain, and one dining room chair is broke, supposed to be replaced. I got a new Directv receiver and tried to use the hdmi cable to hook it up, it was in two pieces, so I contacted Keystone for a new one. They don't have time to reply. I think I hurt their feeling by telling them how happy I was with Winnebago customer service.

I'll second what Pine Ranch said about more info being helpful. As to your question, I want to know who is accountable on the other end so I have always called Keystone Customer Service on the phone and always had a fair result.

Keystone has made several repairs on mine even after warranty expired. A big part of the reason that I'm sold out on Montana. I also do all my small repairs myself as it is easier than going to the dealer. Also a good place to get service directly from Keystone is at the National Rally in Goshen. Hope we are helping you.

Have never had a problem with keystone customer service. We prefer to call customer service and speak to them person to person Once we have talked to a service rep then E mail that rep we get replies within 2 or three days.

I agree with calling them directly. Although I've only contacted them a few times, it's always resulted in a positive experience. One time the dealer said they would not approve a warranty repair, but if I called them myself, I may get different results. I did, and they approved. I'm sure they are no better or worse than any other company.

This is my plan;
1. When I need assistance and a Camping World is handy, I will let them deal with the problem and/or contacting Keystone. If CW will not assist, I will go up the chain as needed to get help. All the while being the most polite PITA they have ever seen.
2. When on the road and no Camping World is available, I will go to the nearest dealer/repair facility and beg for whatever assistance I need AFTER contacting Keystone Customer Assistance.

When on the road and needing a dealer I have learned to call Keystone Customer service and ask them to recommend a dealer. They have then called that dealer and let them know what we needed. That a has always worked well.
