UPDATE: 18 Aug 15. Only 26 more days to sign up for the Service Advisor Appointments. No one will be added to the list after that date or if all slots are taken.

Please Read: To assist in keeping the technicians on time it would be a great help if each of you write down the problems before hand that you want to discuss with the technician. Also, please do not expect the technician to give you a resolution to your problem(s) on the spot. They will be in a fact finding mode when they visit you. Once they get through with all the units they will meet with management and a decision will be made how to handle everyone's problems and get back to you. Thank you for your corporation.

Bev-- Your Vin# is on the tag by the level-up door and also on one of doors in your kitchen. At least they used to be there. Also your title and of registration for the Montana should have the Vin# on it!
George also needs your cell phone number so the Service techs can call you is they cannot find you at your unit at the specific time you have been assigned.

Jason and Wendy would like to schedule a 1:00-1:15 appointment. As some may know My side wall is cracked extending diagonally from the corner just below the front slide out, I started another thread on this a week ago. The unit is at the dealer and they are talking to Keystone about having them look at it or repair it while we are at the rally. My dealer and I both feel it is probably structural. Del & Beverly Dimmick. You are picking up your new unit next week. Am I wrong in thinking you think may have issues that Keystone need to address? I will put down in the 1:30 slot. My list goes to Keystone two days from now. If you can get the last 8 of your VIN from your dealer and send it to me along with your cell number then your info will be forwarded to Keystone so they can contact you.

G4701111 finally got it , but we have a big problem, they didn't put a vent in for the air conditioner, so hope this is fixable when we are there, the dealer is too far away to go back and we don't have time, if we are coming to the rally. Del and Bev Dimmick Cell: for Del 308-520-0620; Bev 308-520-0318, so we need extra time.
Also this is now a 2016 3720 RL Montana
