Sunday Night "POTLUCK" Dinner updated 9/3
PLEASE NOTE:
We are asking all items be cooked and ready to eat when you bring them to the dinner tent.
Limited electrical outlets will be available for those who bring crock pots.
We would like the food to begin arriving at 5:00pm. don't forget a serving spoon, so that serving may begin on time at 5:30pm.
This is a green event which means you must bring your own table service ware & plates. And desired beverage - only water and coffee will be provided.
FUN - FOOD - FELLOWSHIP Under the Big Tent
"Potluck" Dinner scheduled for Sunday - September 27th at 5:30PM.
