Where is quality control????
I have a 2010 Montana 3400RL that I purchased new and towed less than 3000 miles. It has been plagued with problems since new and most of them serious problems! Now the latest one. The closet wall has fractured due to frame movement. The front cap was removed and it was revealed that the front wall was not positioned properly during construction. The bottom of the front wall was not pushed back and aligned with the side walls. The securing screws from the front wall completely missed the stud in the side wall! I have pictures showing this. How could they miss this during construction? Now it has to go to a factory to be disassembled and reconstructed properly hopefully. I purchased a new complete unit, not one that needs to be taken apart and rebuilt and who knows if the repairs will be satisfactory! I have been out a lot of expense and not able to use it for almost a year! This should not happen to a quality unit!

The only good thing is that you're taking it back to the service center. They normal rebuild them better than they should have been built in the first place.

Your turn in the poor quality barrel. Sounds like a fix is working for you. Another example of production line error.

It certainly takes the joy out of ownership. Makes one give deep, serious and careful consideration to ones next purchase doesn't it?

I agree the wall shouldn't have been constructed that way but you should be thankful you are dealing with a company that will fix this for you. Most wouldn't touch a 2010.
