If a dealer fails to properly fix a warranty issue
What step is next? My 3400rl had a cracked piece of vertical wood on the entertainment center. It is the wood trim that the hinges of the glass cabinet attach to. I'm certain it was caused by someone forcefully hyper extending that cabinet door open. It was noted during my initial inaugural trip. The dealer has "fixed" it twice now with cherry seam tape over some aftermarket sort of wood. It's not the factory OEM wood I paid so dearly for and that is what I'm expecting. Not wood grained tape. What is my next level of elevation to get this done right? They've had 2 tries at it without it being done correctly.
Call Keystone Customer service and ask for a supervisor. You may not get one, but you will get their interest.
