Most popular models????

In the old days on this forum quite regularly someone would run a survey that tracked the popularity of Montana models amoung MOC members for all of us to see. Since so many models have changed, is there anyone that would care to take on this challenge?

What would be the purpose of this, just as a fun fact? How would we know the difference between an active member with the correct info vs a non active member with outdated info? Just asking... don't yell at me. lol

Scott

Yes Scott just a fun fact and in previous such polls members had to post to the survey to activate it and we could watch it grow/change as members added in their rig model. I have no idea how this was accomplished!!!

And of course, no yelling involved.lol

I see Lady Rv had a poll back in 2007, "what year is your Montana" complete with a graph and indicated #of votes in each year. How do we start a similar one just using your current model # only???

From previous polls I remember the 2955 being most popular in it's day, then overshadowed by the 3400 shortly after it came along. Not sure of the trend in the last say 4-5 years.

I did one a number of years ago just out of curiosity. You can see it in this discussion. You can also see that all of those models have been discontinued.
I just kept editing the initial post as each person supplied their info. That kept the pertinent data at the top of the thread.

We kind of think that our vote would only be valid for the moment that it is cast. A year and a half ago when we bought our rig, the 3700 was the only thing we could support. Now as new models and options are introduced, our preference has changed. We may give serious consideration to a trade after the fall rally and after that who knows how often something new might catch our eye.

That info should be available via Keystone?

I agree, Keystone marketing should have that up-to-date information. It would be another question if they would share it.

True that Keystone should have yearly sales numbers. But OP was asking about model popularity among MOC members. Would likely run nearly in sync, but not necessarily. MOC members may be better informed buyers.
