Try Gulf State Park in Orange Beach, it's a really nice campground.

I second Gulf State Park. We were there last winter for a short stay and plan to go this year also.

I like Johnny's RV park up by Robertsdale and Emmaus is nice and real quiet. I am a member of Ocean Canyon Resorts so I always spend a couple weeks at StyxRiver

I agree, Gulf State park in Gulf Shores. Have great bike, walking trails and a fabulous pool. Also close to beach.

You can't beat Gulf Shores State Park. They even have pull thru sites. There are signs warning about alligators but we never saw any.
