Intro
My late wife and I traveled the world while in the USN/USAF for 28 years. I've been widowed for a little over a year now and I figure it's about time now to travel and enjoy the US.
I bought a Montana 2001 3280RL about 2 weeks ago along with a 2004 F250 4WD turbo diesel. We, my new co-pilot and I, have already taken a short trip to Biloxi to visit my daughter while she was doing a dog show, and am planning many more trips doing gun shows and touristing. I've got a lot to learn, the first of which is how to back this rascal, but I'm sure that with help from people like you I'll make it.
Glad to be aboard this fine group.

The show was fun even though my daughter's dogs didn't win anything.
I had to have a seasoned RVer back my unit in. I'll learn eventually.

Welcome aboard JudoMD! When we took delivery on our unit a couple months ago, first thing we did was go to the local Wal-mart and practiced backing up -- lots of room to practice! Something you may want to consider to gain your comfort level. Good luck and many happy trails to you .....

Thanx for the support.
I did it, I did it.
With a lot of directing help from a couple neighbors, I did it.
