New Montana owner, new member
My wife and I just received our new Montana 3150RL. WOW! What a beautiful unit. Too bad it's fall and we're not able to get out till spring. But that's alright, we still have lots of work to do to get it ready.
We live in southwest Pennsylvania and have been camping for about 25 years. This is our fourth RV after the tent. We're nearing retirement and hope to put some serious miles on this one. Colorado has been calling for several years now. Then again, Montana, Arizona, Kentucky.....they're all hollering at us.
I joined this group to have contact with other Montana owners who know their units and can provide guidance on any problems which may arise. I have already gained some info on the 'remote control' system which came on my fiver. I hope to make some new friends here and possibly provide a helping hand to others sometime.

You are in the right place. The collective synergy of the MOC has saved many Montana owner's bacon including mine. Postings on a particular topic are always a mixture of differing view points, but somewhere among the ideas is a best answer for you.
Welcome to the Forum and happy RVing.........

You have a nice rig and some great travel plans. There are plenty of members who could provide very good information to help you along.
You might consider adding descriptions to your signature to help identify your TV and RV especially when asking for help or support.
Welcome to the MOC!

Welcome to the MOC forum, Sluefoot. You are in the right place to get just what you said you wanted - good advice and a chance to meet some truly wonderful people. Our rallys are a great place to meet many of the members.

Hi Folks -
I'm Joe and my wife is Dagmar. We just received our Montana in November and we are scrambling to get it all set up for traveling to Florida on January 3. The last time we camped was too long ago to remember, but I know it was more rustic than this will be.
We're looking forward to meeting some of the MOC members during our travels this winter from January to March.
Be safe -
Joe & Dagmar

Welcome Slufoot and Joeboe to the MOC Two wonderful RV's now you guys need to put some miles on them. but if your in snow country theres not much you can do about it, but shoveling it.
you will meet lots of other Monty owners with your particular RV here also, and they will have lots of answers for questions. along with others with other answers about other things we all have.
