I contacted Rick (Customer Service Manager) after getting his email thru the post titled "Thanks Darrel".
I had been talking to Denise w/C.S. (Nice Lady) and was having problems explaining the actual problem with the TV that had been factory installed in our 09 340RLQ BigSky. After the email was received by Rick, I got a call from Denise THE NEXT DAY!!!... thanking me for sending the email helping to explain the situation... within a oouple of days the problem Denise and I had been working on was resolved.... END OF PROBLEM..
KWYSTONE REALLY OUTDID THEMSELVES IN TAKING CARE OF MY CONCERNS...
