I have the same problem so I just take out my 3' ladder, stand on it and push the arms in the direction they need to go and they pop into place. I have tried to adjust the awning but could not do it well enough.

I also have the same problem. I found the awning travels on the big round tube. I now pull the awning all the way towards the front edge of the tub. Front meaning towards the TV. That helps to align the arms properly. I also found the awning was not secured on the sleeve on the trailer. I put an anchor screw into the sleeve to keep the awning from traveling on the trailer.
Cheers,

I put a screw in each end of the tube when I had just rolled it out so the fabric can't get blown to one side or the other.

I have the same problem every once in awhile. I pull the awning all the way out and lock the roll in the out position. Then I loosen the side tension bars to take the tension off the awning. Then I can pull the awning back where it belongs(or use a rubber headed mallet to assist)

The awning moves on the large tube.
Don't bother putting a screw in it as flex could help put less strain on the awning.
What you do is hold onto the awning in the front and tap the large roll and slide the awning and put it up and readjust till you have it in the correct alignment.
You may have to do it a couple of times.
Then pull the awning down and with a permanent marker (black) mark the edge of the awning on the large tube.
Then before you go to put the awning up, if it has moved, just hold onto the awning and tap the tube, till the awning and marks line up.
This will keep it in alignment every time you put it up.

My electric awning has the same problem. It moves to one side so when I reel it in the arms don't line up and it won't close all the way. I tried to pull the sheet to even it out on both sides but I can't budge it. My awning moves toward the TV and once rolled up you can see wringles in it. Any suggestions?

Same problem here. There is a small amount of adjustment room in the upper leg mounts. You have to lay on the roof or climb way up on a ladder to adjust them. It helped on our prior Montana. On this one I can still just push them together. I think next time I'll try Carlson's method.

BTW, Screws have solved mine problem and they are of a size they just fit into the slot at the ends so can be removed w/o leaving any damage to fabric nor tube. Winds have not moved it out of position...
