Gift Exchange
We will be having a gift exchange on Sunday Evening. Participation is optional but guareenteed fun. To participate, you need to bring a gift (valued at no more than $10) in a bag or some other form of disguise. The gifts will all be gathered up and then random participants names will be drawn to select a gift. They may choose an unopened gift from the pile or they can "steal" an already revealed gift from another person. If a person has their gift stolen they then replace their gift by drawing an unopened gift or stealing someone elses gift (sorry you can not steal the one right back that was just stolen from you).
IMPORTANT!!! - Once a gift has been stolen TWO times that gift is SAFE and may no longer be stolen. The only way to get that gift from the thief who stole the gift for the second time is to conduct a private sideline offer after the gift exchange is over (or jump them on their way back to their trailer in the dark )
If you and your significant other both want to play both bring a gift. Children/guests are also allowed to participate as long as they have a gift for an entry fee. The Wagonmasters reserve the right to swap out a gift a minor may recieve if it is deemed in appropriate (they can not steal the wine!)
Anyway, hope you all are looking forward to the Rally as much as we are.
Bill

For those who haven't done this it is a blast and the more people the funnier it gets. You don't need to sign up in advance just have a "gift" you want to exchange. We will talk it up some more during the meet and greet.

Right now it is set for Sunday evening as there is entertainment set for after the pot luck dinner. In our next teleconference with Jeana and Rick we will take a look at the number of folks who are leaving on Sunday and consider whether to move the exchange.

Thanks.. We are not arriving until 6 or later on Friday and we don't want to miss it. I would say it would take everyone to have dinner close to an hour anyway so that should give us to about 7 before we would miss it if you guys chose to do it Friday night. Still working on getting off early but with traveling taking a wrong road can cost you a lot of time.... it seems you make those wrong turns when you are under the time wire....
