Anyone interested in an Iowa rally??
Now I ain't looking to set up a rally but if anyone was looking to start an Iowa area rally I think I found just the campground for you
Amana Colonies RV Park
This park is huge.
Gravel roads and sites with well kept grass.
Park wide FREE WiFi and it is fast. Using it right now.
No cable put about 8 TV channels on the antenna
Full or EW hook ups
AND They are Passport America
Close to Cedar Rapids and Iowa City

Just a thought, just in case someone wanted to Wagon Master a rally in Iowa.

We overnighted in that park. It would work well for a rally. They were having an incoming SOB rally gearing up as we were leaving. As Glenn noted, they also give the Passport America discount (50%) although for only two nights in a seven day period. Amana Colonies is a big tourist area with lots of interesting attractions. I think it would be a good location for a rally.
Not far away is Field of Dreams, the baseball movie place, also.

We'll be there from September 4th until October 18th while I recover from a knee replacement of a former knee replacement that was done in 1994 and has never been right. Would be vastly happy if any of you are near there during this time period. Can't miss our unit, it's one of the oldest and so is our truck!

Depends on when it is. We are at Adventureland in Altoona, IA, not too far away, but Don will work weekends until the end of the month and I have some doctor appointments through the 8th if Oct. Not everyday, but we will head out after those. There are alot of Montanas here in the park and we have thought about getting together with them before we all head out for the winter. Don is trying to introduce everyone to the MOC site. Judy

Hi We would like to see one hear in Iowa to,We are in Lake Red Rock,At Pella,Iowa but will be leaving for Aphace Junction,Az the first of Oct. We are just about one hour drive from the colonies.
