NE Rally 2007 Financial and General Information:
In one of the earlier rally posts - We mention that we would ask for a contribution to off-set some of the rally expenses. Those anticipated expenses would be for:
We (rally coordinators) held a meeting this past weekend, visited Pine Hill for the 2nd time; and, are happy to report all preparatory activities have been completed. Itís shaping up to be a great time.
To finalize additional expenses; we are requesting a $15.00 donation per unit to help pay for the entertainment and wood purchased for campfires. Other expenses incurred for the rally will be taken care of by the rally coordinators.
All left over funds from the contributions will be donated to the MOC admin in support of the operational cost of our MOC Forum. We will be able to report that amount back to you at the end of the rally.
We would like to thank those MOC members that have volunteered to help coordinate the various social activities i.e.; Meet and Greet, Pot Luck Supper, Omelet Breakfast, Pictures, Book Swap, Campfires and MOC Merchandise. And, we need to make a special thank you to Keystone and Pocono RV for their generous support to the rally.
We encourage those who have not signed up to bring a dish to the social events - to do so ASAP.
If you are available to help during the rally, please contact the event coordinators to see it they need additional help.
On behalf of all of us, We extended an invitation to Mark Krol our Keystone N.E. District Sales Manager and the Pocono RV staff to be our guests at the social activities.
