I can answer that.
We went to try ours out last night -- pumped it up, heard a hissing noise and noticed a slit in one corner. It comes with a patch kit (nice of them), we patched it --- pumped it again. About 2:20 I woke up ( I got to try it first) and the crossing bar was pressing into my hip and back. It hurt like H---, Went to get out of the bed and couldn't. Had to pump it back up and hope it lasted so I could get out of the thing. Called dealer this morning.
From what we saw, these things are just like an areo bed.
While it lasted, it was comfortable.
Then we found a leak in the toilet. Cleaned that up and Chuck fixed that.
When we first pulled in to our campground we smelled like burning tar.
Have no idea what that was. Hope it's not the brakes.
