Quick Cobbler
1 Stick margerine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 can pie filling, 20 oz
1. Pre-heat oven to 3500
2. Melt margerine in 8 X 8 pan while pre-heating oven.
3. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk.
4. Pour over butter in 8 X 8 pan - DO NOT STIR.
5. Spoon pie filling over top of dough mixture - DO NOT STIR.
6. Bake for 50 minutes and check for brownness of crust.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving to keep from burning you.
