Recall list
I was bouncing around another forum and found this web site that is loaded with good information on items that need to be recalled.

I was suprised to see all axel problems from Lippert

It's nice and comforting to NOT see any Keystone products, especially Montanas. No wonder they have been number 1 for the last six years.....I'm thinking I made the right choice.....YIPPEE KAYEA!!!!!

Interesting... I did not know Lippert even made axles. So far as I know, all Montana's have had either Al-Ko or Dexter Axles. Perhaps MIMF (Dale) will elaborate for us.

Saw the same site, and just posted their interesting RV battery checking technique on the Maint section of the Forum. I also noted that LOTS of RV mfgs/models were shown on the recall list, including a couple of Thor products, but not Keystone and no Montanas or Mountaineers.

YIKES!! Maybe I'd better sell my Lippert stock?
OntMont, You are absolutely correct! I don't recall that Keystone has ever or is currently using Lippert axles. However, I know several other manufacturers are but, I'm not aware of any issues other than those posted in that web site.
Things that make you go, huh!
