If I may be so bold...
I recently purchased a number of items from RVUpgrades. I have no affiliation with them, but wanted to pass along info about how well I was treated.
They mistakenly sent one wrong part on one shipment, and on another, an item had a dent in it. They promptly resolved both matters at no additional cost to me. In this day and age, it floored me.
As it should be, but customer service isn't always a priority. It's a pleasure to be treated right and I'm a happy customer.
Perhaps a thread about different supply houses would be a good idea?
EDIT...I should check my spelling first before posting...

I don't know how long they've been around, but they must be out to make a name for themselves. They beat Camping World on most items that I could find.
I've seen this many times in the computer business, only to see that once they capture the market, the prices go up and service goes out the window.
Let's hope they don't turn into fat cats and forget the customer.

CW got more competitive after Walmart started selling RV supplies and when I first got into RVing back in 1974, RV parts were a huge rip off.

RVUpgrades is where we purchased our central vac at a very good price. Their price beat my discount at our dealership, employee price and also Presidents club price! Plus they gave us 6 extra bags on the deal. I also do not get any kick back from them but you can check them out at RVupgrades.com or 866-332-7881 for yourself. Never hurts to browse!
