Slide fluid leak
We have a 2001 2955 purchased used 3 years ago. The slides have worked well until Memorial Day weekend this year when the living room slide was slow in retracting.
We recently left for our annual trip to Yellowstone and I had to give a push assist to move the living room slide in. I found the fluid level low so I added ATF.
We are now home but I have added almost 2 quarts of ATF. There is no evidence of any leakage around the pump and hose connections so I assume the leak is closer to the pistons.
Question: How do I access the pistons and hoses in order to locate the suspected leak? Perhaps under the bed; remove the under-carriage cover panels? No fluid is dripping on the ground.
Any help is appreciated!

My belly panels had enough sag in them that it didnt show the leak on the main ram. It just filled the sag up before it started dripping.

fountain, look under 'members' in the upper right hand corner of this page, click on it and then do a search for MIMF. Dale works for Lippert and is very knowledgeable and helpful. You can email or PM him.

We had a broken "T" in the fluid line back in 2001 and again in 2003. The leak showed up when the slides were retracted and it caused the slides to release a little. The fluid leaked out from under the belly onto the ground near the back of the left rear wheels on our rig -- 2000 3555RL.
