Definitely had that problem with our o4 3295rk. The roof on the slide had a bow in it. Here is how to check. Open slide part way then get on stool on one end and sight down the top of the slide. It should be straight. Ours was bowed and lead to big flood. If it is bowed, it must be fixed immediately.
Ours was fixed (after the flood) by a keystown service center, They removed facia and then removed the top slide board (This is the board behind the top facia). This board was reversed so new screws would not hit old screw holes. Then, while a bunch of techs pushed up on the slide roof, this board was reattached. The seal then met the roof. The facia was reinstalled. This seemed to work and we had no more problems.
Hope this helps
