OK here we go. The Inventer is "NKWIST" and I seen it on "SREIGLE" Montana at the Rino Rally.
you can open the screen door with that slider cover in the closed position, by pushing down on the black plunger which is a small wier nut with a steel inner to grab the wire. if interrested I can send you an e-mail on it.

TT2, To answer your above question, you probably didn't put the URL within the IMG brackets.
AND thanks for the pics. Looks like something I may want to try.

Don, if you haven't already (I haven't perused the whole forum yet) how about posting that picture in a thread dedicated to the topic so others will look at it. I agree, Norm's invention is excellent. Ours has a black cork for the knob. 8.1al bent a horizontal loop in the wire for his knob. So there are options and you can use whatever knob style fits your decor (!)
