New Member potential owner (We Did It)
We have been camping since college, been through blankets, then on to sleeping bags, finally got a tent, then a pop-up, moved up to an apartment on wheels 5 years ago (30 ft Jayco TT) and are exploring moving up to a Mountaineer 319BHS. We camp for recreation and out of town lodging for my youngest sons' travel baseball games (USSSA). We have 2 boys ages 13 & 11, 3 dogs (they don't travel with us yet...) This site has been great!!!
Peace,
Don Nesbitt

Welcome to the MOC. Any question you can dream up, there will be some input.
We have a Mountaineer 328RLS and love it. We have had few problems and the dealer was very good at addressing our problems.

Welcome to the group, I camp a lot with SAndreasen a lot and he loves his Mountaineer. I am not sure exactly which model he has but I don't believe he has had any problems with it. He was part of the reason I started looking at the Montana/Mountaineer line when it was time to replace our old 5th wheel. We have only had one minor problem that the dealer fixed right away.

Welcome Champ203 to the MOC family.
The 319BHS is a great rig and I know the bunks will work out perfect for the 2 boys. Only real question you need to resolve is "who gets to sleep on the top bunk"?

Welcome Champ203, We're alway glad to have more people to partisipate in the forum. Even though you haven't been RVing long, it sounds as if you have got the "camping experiences" under your belt. We look forward to hearing of some of your adventures. This is also a great forum to use for those questions you never really knew how to ask about before. Everyone jumps in to help. Again, welcome.

We did it. Traded the Jayco TT for the Mountaineer 319BHS today. We pick up our unit Wednesday after I go get the Reese Super 16K hitch installed. Thanks for all of your help and the warm welcome!! I'm sure we'll have a lot of questions for you folks soon.
Peace and God Bless,
Don Nesbitt

Welcome and Congrats on the new Monty. I know your family will have many happy adventures in it. We also have been through the whole camping structure; tent (for many, many years), back of truck, small 5th wheel, a bit bigger 5th wheel and now the Monty.
Happy trails.....................
