Warranty Question
Is there a good phone number and POC for warranty repair? The horizontal "light bar" (or what ever you call it) that use to be on the top-front of the cap blew off either when the 3661 was shipped from Indiana to Camping World in Myrtle Beach SC or when Camping World brought the camper to the Mount Pleasant SC KOA where we are staying. What I want to do is have Keystone send me the light bar so I can install it. I emailed Keystone a couple months ago and they said I need to contact Camping World, which I did. Camping World told me I need to bring the camper to them, about 90 miles away, so they can run their diagnostics and figure out what happened....come on, the light is missing, that's the diagnostic! They also said the camper could be at their facilities for three weeks...for a light bar? Crazy talk! I had a competitors camper and they sent me a fireplace and water pump which I installed and then sent the defective units back to them. Does anyone know if Keystone will ship out replacement parts? Thanks for your input.

What they will likely tell you is it must be installed/repaired by an approved warranty repair facility. Or they will sell you one you can install yourself.

Did you tell Keystone that it was missing as in not on the RV so there can be no diagnostic for something that is not there.

Are they not just LED light strips??? on my 2015 my cap lights on the front go Dim about every year or so and I just buy new one's for cheap (about 15 bucks for the cap lights) on E bay and install them myself, the only thing that would be bad for you is if the wires fell back inside the Cap and THAT would suck

Mark, I highly suspect this will be the case. I will probably just leave it alone unless I find a replacement. Its going to be interesting how much Keystone will charge for something like this.

Since you don't know when it disappeared, my guess would be that it might have never been installed!

Also, it's not a matter of what Keystone would charge, but rather what Camping World would charge.

Keystone business plan is not working directly with owners, but thru a dealer.

If the wires are there, I would buy the replacement set. One of my lights had went dim after less than a year. The LED strip lights that were installed weren't very good. I got two strips from Amazon for $18 (if I remember correctly) it took about an hour to change them out. The ones I bought were sealed and designed for outdoor use and are still doing just fine.
Like a previous poster had said, if the wires fell back inside the cap, well... that is another matter and could be a real pain.

A question about replacing those LED eyebrow lights on the front cap: What did you do to connect the wires? Those are the TINIEST little wires! Just small butt connectors or something? Thanks!
