TV Cable Booster
While looking at the 2955 the tv is so tightly fitted in its area, I forgot to look for the antenna booster! Would anyone know where it is located?

On my 3255 the booster is located at the tv in the bedroom, not sure if this is the same on the 2955 but i am sure you will get answers on this.

In are 3500RL it is in the bedroom closet...oh...and I was told if you plan to store the unit...be sure you add to turn this off to your checklist...otherwise..in two days you will have a dead battery.
Good luck

Thanks everyone, I will check in the desk under the T.V. Its funny how the little things you dont see! I didnt like where the gauges for the tanks were located nor the water heater or slides. I just wish they would put them up out of reach of little ones. I cant imagine why they put them so low in the first place!

In the 3655 the tv booster switch is in the cabinet to the right of the tv in the living room.

If I read that right you were looking for a cable booster, I am not aware of one in any Montana, however there is a antenna booster which must be turned off to watch cable.

I am having trouble with my cable hook up, I can get all the channels but they are not clear. I can run the cable through the window and hook to the tv and every thing comes in clear. Under the TV in the living room in a place to plug in the antanna plug and right above that plug is a hole with nothing in it. I don't know what it is for, Anyone know what it is for or know why I cannot get the cable channels to come in clear while pluged into the outside plug for the cable. God I hope this makes sence, please look over all mistakes.LOL

Hey Poodle, I've encountered couple of things on my (old)3280 that could cause the problems you describe. One, try turning the antenna booster off. On mine, it was located on the Bedroom cable/sat wallplate. Second, you may have to make an adjustment on your TV menu. Look under "Set-Up" on your TV and see if there is an option to select "Air" or "Cable" on "Channel Settings". The other thing that happened on my unit was a loose connection just inside the exterior wall of the trailer. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of patience and time to isolate where these problems occur. Let me know if this helps, if not, we'll try something else.

Prairiepoodle -
I think 1Putt has your solution. We had the same thing with our TT. The few times we had cable, if we forgot to turn the booster off, it was real fuzzy. Hope this solves your problem.

Prarie Poodle
Is "the hole that has nothing in it" for a 12V plug (otherwise cigarette lighter adapter). Is is there if you don't have electric plugged in or a generator. We've had to use ours a couple of times. All our other units had 2 or 3 of these and we were surprised the Montana had only one.

Pairiepoodle, the hole in ours is an adapter to plug in cell phone, DC adapter like your cig lighter in vehicle. I hope this helps.
Safe travels.
