The EPDM was bubbled up half way across just behind the front cap and about half the staples were pushing out along both edges, also causing bubbles under the material as well as wear holes. I decided it was "pay me now or pay me later" time so I gave RV Armor a call after reading the company review in the June issue of Trailer Life magazine.
So, this post is more a report of the experience. First, they really do come to you and their scheduling runs 30-60 days in advance. Very friendly and helpful folks on the phone who will provide you with an estimate of the cost making very clear that it is an estimate and the price would not be finalized until installer was on site and work to be done was agreed upon. They do require a $500 deposit that is refundable. Date was scheduled and I was contacted 2 days in advance by the installer who actually arrived on time. Up on top the RV it took minimal effort to pull at the bubble and you could tell it was a bad glue day at Keystone when mine was built. Anyway, with the edges also mostly lose, I agreed that the roof needed to be completely re-done.
Day 1 is getting the AC units off, removing vents, antennas and anything else that sticks up plus removing the old membrane. I was amazed at how easily it pulled off and more confident in my decision to replace. Old staples were removed and screws put in the edge flashing. He then edged around all openings and the edges with mesh type cloth followed with their product to impregnate. This is left to set up.
Day 2 is laying down mesh material over the entire roof area and impregnating with their product - very thick layer. This is again left to set up.
Day 3 is putting all the vents and AC units back on/in with heavy caulking. Then the final covering coat is laid on very heavily. You have a color selection here, but I went with white.

Overall I am quit pleased with the end result and hope I never have to test the lifetime warranty. The warranty is transferable if you ever sell the rv. The installer was knowledgeable, courteous, worked hard and showed up on time.
My Monty measured 33 feet from nose cap to back cap up on the roof. Cost was $6245. I do not know what "their product" is but it goes down wet and heavy and sets up. Warm days with sun aid in curing.
