Mine is electric, but have a four arrow system in front basement. Camper is at dealer again but you can hold the enter I believe it is and then scroll down to manually overide.once there the front go up and down together rear go up and down together and the right and left lift each side at the same time. Mine has not worked correctly since we got it 5 times. So I am not entirely sure that is how it works, at one point last weekend the down arrow actually raised a rear jack and lowered a front jack.

Got it back worked Friday, moved Monday to a different park and it did not work again. Back to the dealer today. On a side note the A/C unit that would not shut off now only runs 15 seconds then off for 45-60 seconds. I have inquired with the dealer about just swapping the entire camper for another unit, as this is the 5th time it will be in, not including it not working when we took delivery and had to wait hours while they worked on it.

Fire_Hazard, when you called Keystone, what did they advise? Also, calling Lippert may be a better solution. Keystone, for the first year, force their dealers to handle warranty issues. We toured the Service Center at last year's rally. Given that you have multiple systems (Level Up and A/C) giving you problems you may want to see if you could take it to the Montana Service Center in Goshen. Good luck.

when you guys are leveled with the system, do you find that if the jacks are extended farther, there is more movement in the rig? I am in lake George this weekend, and the front is extended quite a bit, and the jacks in front of the tires I had to put 4 x6 block under them so they touched, so they are extended quite a bit too. I didn't think the Auto Level would work, but it did, and we are level, but we have quite a bit of movement in the coach. Don't really notice that when the jacks are not extended to capacity.

Seems likely that you would get more activity with the front legs extended further. Sounds like a pretty good slope from back to front. Would pulling up some improve the situation? Regardless, that's why we use blocks under the legs and keep a few extra if we have more slope in the pad.

I try to find level sights sometimes it works some times not. Have not called Lippert or Keystone yet but heading out solo with the kids Thursday or Friday. We also run the Ex-chocks and that seem to make a huge differance in the sway with 3-5 kids running around.
