Bad Vibrations
So on a recent outing, as we were setting up, we noticed that our closet doors had become unhinged and separated as they are sectioned into four parts. The lever that locked our emergency window cracked and we could not easily close it without tying it shut with a string. We took it to our local shop and the mechanic told us he had similar problems with his Montana and he fixed it by installing a new hitch by TrailerSaver, a $3000 hitch that is supposed to cushion the ride. Additionally he put in some kind of air bag under the rig. It seems that I keep adding to my 2013 3100rl, and wonder if it is just me, but I know this is a concern. Anyone else bothered by the extreme vibrations and how many have tried TrailerSaver?

We have a Mor/Ryde and it does a good job of soaking up the vibrations. Yours sound kind of extreme to cause that kind of damage. There may be something else going on. Some guys balance their trailer tires. I haven't but that may help.

We had a TrailAir Tri Glide installed for half the price. I wouldn't have another trailer without the Tri glide pin box. It took out almost all the bouncing and jerking between truck and trailer.

We have the MorRyde hitch and IS, but some of the roads nowdays can be brutal anyway.

Mor Ryde IS and Mor Ryde hitch eases the beating these things take on our roads. They are just not sturdy enough for travel.

We have not experienced those problems on any of our rigs, but we generally keep our speed down to 60/65. MorRyde certainly helps. Have no experience with the system you cite.
