Our windows came tinted from the factory and paid extra for dual pane. I'm sure there is some insulation benefit but doubt if it is very much. The air gap is just too small. Keep in mind that the rest of the RV isn't really that well insulated with lots of air gaps but every little bit helps. Just a fact of RV living. I like the EZ Snap product and may look at that in the future. Dual panes are also supposed to help reduce noise transfer from the outside and condensation on the windows.
