Anyone mount monitor to computer desk?
I am thinking of putting a small computer somewhere around desk and would like to have a monitor, etc rather than a laptop. Then I got to thinking about what to do with the monitor while traveling. Any ideas out there? (I am sure there are as this is the BEST forum!)

One could always plug the computer into the television in your case... john

A lightweight monitor and my laptop, dual screen capabilities.
The monitor weighs so little, all televisions of same size we have had in the past were many times heavier.
Monitor goes on the bed face down on a pillow for travel.
This is my permanent set up, home or Tana, no matter.

I have a 24" all in one (basically a monitor only) and I put it on a dining room chair with a pillow in front of it and then strap to chair. The chairs are always strapped at the legs while traveling.

Me too. We have laptops now, but we used to travel with an iMac and just laid it on the bed and didn't worry about it.

Lots of fragile things go on the bed for travel, in our case laptop, tablet, and a couple of small heaters that we don't want bouncing around etc.

I put the PC under the computer desk and set the monitor upright between the 2 recliners with a dog towel over the screen. Both ride just fine.
