Corpus Christie TX Gulf Coast RV Park?
Hi MOC,
We are wanting to find the best value for an RV Campground in the Corpus Christie/Texas Gulf Coast area for our visit there in late March/early April.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Brett Miller

I believe you would need to find a property appraiser from the area where the campground is. They would be better qualified to view the property and give you an opinion of the fair market value.

Thank you David. I meant for staying at an RV Park, not purchasing one. Interesting that what I wrote yielded that response. I will edit my text.

We like Pioneer RV Park near Port Aransas. Easy walk to the beach. Several pools, nice grounds. Also Rockport has several nice parks. As with Port Aransas--do you want access to the beach or bay or just being in the area OK? Others can tell you the best prospects in Rockport.

Thank you Tim and Susan.
We are wanting some good access to the ocean. Doesn't have to be Beachfront, but we would like an easy walk to the ocean with the dog without breaking the bank.
All the best,
Brett

Do they allow dogs on the beach in Texas? In Florida (gulf coast not dirty coast)the usual answer is NO DOGS. IF caught big fine.

Maybe you should just say "cheap".

For beach access between Corpus Christi and Port A you have Pioneer RV park and Gulf Waters.

You can also boondock on Padre Island National Seashore for $5/night.

Texas is a very dog friendly state. Dogs are allowed most every where RV's are, state parks to coastal beaches. Only time they are not allowed on the beach is during spring break, for their own safety.
