12 Volt Lights Flickering
2006 Montana 2980 RL
All of my 12 volt lights are flickering from time to time.
They will flicker, stop then start again a few minutes later.
Any idea what is happening.
Thanks
David Brennan

If you disconnect from power and run lights off the battery will they flicker? If not, maybe converter or loose connections some where. Could be ground not making good connection.
I guess all lights are flickering and not just off one circuit breaker.

When I disconnected from power and ran off the batteries the lights still flickered. All of the lights not just 1 breaker.
Thanks

My guess is you need to check all DC connections both ground and 12V. Check at battery and your DC fuse panel for loose connection. And last check connections at converter.

When I said breaker, I meant fuse. Breakers are for AC, fuses are for 12V DC which your lights are powered by.
Do you have interference on TV when watching TV off antenna? If converter isn't producing pure DC the amplifier sometimes will mess TV up. The fact lights flicker on battery kind of rules that out though.

First I would Check ground wire going to your frame near your battery then All DC connections in the Dc Fuse Panel.
When I get a new rig I check both AC and DC Panels to be sure all connections are tight including the screw terminals on The AC Breakers Remember turn Off The Power
