Wichita Tornado
A big funnel plowed thru our neck of the woods last night about 10 PM. It passed less than a mile from my house, but luckily only tree limbs for me. I guess I won't have to hit the time clock for a few days as it took several parts of roofs off the buildings at Spirit Aerosystems (Old Boeing Plant in Wicita). Millions of dollars sucked up into the air in just seconds. A nearby mobile home park looks like a bomb went off. Oddly enough, just a few minor injuries.

Glad to hear you are OK and no major damage on your part. Sorry about the work but things work out for the best in times like this. Keep up informed on the happenings. We're still looking for some storms up here in Nebraska yet today too!

Rondo,
From what I've been seeing, you don't need to go looking for the storms in Neb., they are coming your way all by there lonesome.

Glad it missed your house, sorry it got your work! We dodged a couple of bullets last night, three or four less than 2 miles away, but got away with only minor hail and big wind.

Glad you made it with minor damage, stay safe out there.
We are dragging our feet, waiting for the weather to get better before we head through the 'weather gauntlet'

Here's a couple of photos of the mangles mess. The crumpled building is about 40' tall and 500' long. The photo of the inside of the building has a bright light in the background ... that's sunshine since there's no roof for a couple hundred feet.
