Timberns suspension
For some time I was looking to add Timberns to my truck, but the price of $278.00 was little too steep for me. Yesterday I found out that prices went down to around $196.00 and to my surprise Amazon have them for $158.00 and with my $50.00 off from my Amazon credit card I got them for $108.00.
Now I can't wait to install them.

I bought some a year ago but didn't install them until this year. We didn't have any problems with ride or truck body height but as I had them I thought I might as well use them. It was noticeable that there was a little more stability when towing. The Timbrens sit about 1/2" above stopper bar when not towing and are compressed about 1" on the bar when towing.

Had them on my 2008 F350 dually. Moved them over to the new 2011 F350 SRW. They work and moving them was simple.

One of my Firestone air bags developed a leak about 2 weeks ago. I replaced the bags with Timbrens. They work just as good and DON'T LEAK !

I am surprised more folks don't use them. I put them on my first truck in 1995 and have had a set on every truck since.

Done deal. Truck is sitting straight like an arrow with trailer attached. Now I need new tires, because I noticed that one of the tires is cracked along the rim.(stock GoodYear)
I am thinking Michelin LTX A/T.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Love the Michelin's, I have had them on all my service trucks. My present Ford as well.

My Michelin's all had sidewall cracks and were only 4 years old. The tread after 39K miles was down about half. I replaced them with the same tire. Hopefully these will do better.
