X-Box 360
Do any of you retired, or almost retired guys have one? I have mine set on "Daddy, can I play?" setting, and still get hung up on some levels. I love it, they have come so far, now the interaction is amazing. One game has the feature where you blast away at a building, it collapses, bulbs shoot out, it is cooolll.
I have reached the point in a few where I just can't get any further, I will have to snag a 14 year-old kid to get me past it.
Driving a boat, Tank or 4-wheeler is a stumbling point for me.
Any one having these problems?

It will be there for her later, I know people that have Wii, loved it.
Get an X-box 360, you will be hooked.
Ha! It is, I am playing Call of Duty 4 now, pretty intense, but tons of fun, sniper rifles, RPG's, Gunships, all of it.
After I whip it, I will go the the next skill level.

We have a wii as well. It's pretty nice, but ultimately it's family oriented so the "hard core" games are very limited. Modern Warfare is about it. Need for speed is cool as well.
Issues with advancing in any game....xbox, psp, wii...go online and get the cheat codes !

Hey Ozz, I have been wanting to get one ever since I got HOOKED playing a family members we vivited around Thanksgiving. After talking to the DW she says no problem. But I think WE will end up getting a Wii, as it is easier for her to understand and play.
They Are Addictive!

Talk to the local Tattooed, text-messaging Z-generation, or whatever they are calling young kids now, at the local Gamestop before you purchase one. He, or she will help with your decision. We have a 50" Sony HDTV Bravda, playing a first-person shooter like Rainbow Six, or Battlefield Bad Company 2 on the X-Box 360, is just like being there. When a Tank rolls by, your wireless controller vibrates. My advice is to go with the X-Box, but either way, you will love it. Good luck.
