Icehouse,
We are sorry to hear that you are selling your Montana. But you may want to hold on to the rig and use as an additional suite of rooms for your B&B! Or as a spare for you two to go camping in.
I hope your fur kids are doing well. And I like your statement of useage..... No Pets...just furry four legged children. Very cute.

Hi Tammie and Bernie,
I am happy you got a house and the B&B in Seward, I know that it was your dream!
You could teach classes on living in a Montana in sub zero temps!!
We really enjoyed meeting with you last summer and enjoyed a great meal with you there at the Marina! Maybe we'll drop by in a few years to see how you are doing. Seward is still one of favorite towns of Alaska!!
Best of luck!

Wow! That's great news, Tammy. I know you will be very successful with the B&B as you and Bernie are the nicest people in the world and such a pleasure to be around.
Stay well.

Good evening! Congratulations on your new adventure! Seward was our favorite stop while we were in Alaska. Just wondering which B & B you bought in Seward? We stayed at the Alaska Saltwater Lodge -- Dairy Hill Lodge! Outstanding scenery, food and people in your wonderful State but especially in Seward. Let uskow the B & B so we can give you some business when we head up there again! Best of luck with the new stick and business!

Thank y'all for the kind words. Rondo, you stayed at the B&B which is across the street from the group home for our agency. We are actually opening a new B&B not purchasing an existing one. We hope to have the website up and running asap. We are calling it Mt. Marathon B&B as our house sits at the base of Mt. Marathon. We have great views of the trail up to the top right out our living room window. We are on Second Avenue with views of Mt. Marathon, Mt. Alice, all the other mountains and the bay. It couldn't be more beautiful. We'll share some photos and such when we get all of our electronics unpacked so we can download things.

AH, Mt Marathon, Seward is a great locale for 4th of July. Some Wild and Crazy guys (and girls). We always loved going to Seward when we lived there. Stayed in the log cabin at the Army preserve several times. Visited by train several times also. Sorry to hear you are hanging up the RV Wheels. You probably set some kind of record by living in an RV for so long and towing it the fewest miles. Please post your website when you get it up and running, we may just pop in some day.
Best of Luck to you both in your new endeavor.....
