Tom, Costco has a great return policy and stand behind their product.

From the Trojan website - they list these retailers.

Plan A: Continental Battery has two shops in Phoenix (one is in Mesa). They want you to create an account online before they quote prices and availability. Try that first.

Plan B: Take a trip to Eureka Springs Ark or to Branson MO and go to a Battery Outfitters store to buy them. Battery Outfitters have several stores in MO. The second screen shot shows prices for Battery Outfitters Trojan batteries. I would expect Continental Battery to be priced similarly.

Try this guy I mentioned before from the Mesa Marketplace. He is pushing Lithium but I bet he still has Trojans. Personally my Costco GC batteries are great.

Thanks for the advice guys! I have used the location of the Mesa Continental store, but it was a different company then so didn't contact them. As to Interstate, from what I have heard the warranties are 1 year so even if Costco is great with that, almost every battery will last that long and you are stuck with no warranty. As (I think) I mentioned, almost 2/3 of the reviews were bad on the Costco site for Interstates.

If I remember right, the Trojan website points me to 3 golf cart dealers in Mesa, nothing else.

Costco Interstate Battery disappointing.

I have a pair of the Costco 6 volts in my 3820FK. One of them just totally died and won't take a charge. The battery date of manufacture is March, 2022. They only have a 1-year warranty. I take good care of them, pull them out in the winter and keep them charged and make sure the electrolyte level is correct.

I decided to switch to Lithiums. Costco sells the Lion Energy 12v's for about $699.

Mesa Marketplace is located on the north side of Baseline Rd about a 1/4 mile west of Signal Butte Road. Address is 10550 E. Baseline Rd. This is a good time to shop there during snow bird season. Fire station 217 located at the exit driveway of the swap meet, was my last 7 years of 34 total.
