We were having the problem with the too small breaker quite soon after buying our current rig, and of course, shortly after the one year warranty was over, Lippert issued a fix for the breaker tripping. This was about eight years ago, and I was able to find a manual reset breaker on Ebay, and since then, haven't had a problem with the nuisance tripping. I am pretty sure, as long as your wiring from the battery to the hydraulic pump motor is at least #4 strand copper, either an auto-reset or a manual reset breaker will work equally fine. The current LIP SHEET 0058 actually shows a photo of an auto-reset breaker in the documant.
