Bicycling Anyone?
Starting on the first full day of the rally, we will be meeting for a daily bicycle ride at 7:30 am. We will meet at the entry to the fairgrounds. We’ll be riding on the Pumpkin Vine Trail in Goshen, varying speeds and distances for those of different abilities. This will allow us to burn off some of the calories from those delicious meals we’ll be eating. I’m posting this now, so if you were considering leaving your bicycle at home - don’t. It’s a great way to see some of the area. In the past we’ve seen deer and wild turkeys on our ride. Looking forward to seeing many of you after morning coffee.

Never been in the area. Is this a paved trail with no cars? We have a converted railroad to bike trail at home and nice and level with only walkers and bikes. Good for 13 miles @ 8 mph. We like to see the scenery !

Pumpkinvine Trail is a dedicated trail for bikes, runners and walkers. Some segments are paved and some hard packed limestone. It is suitable for all bikes. My wife and I ride road bikes and do fine.

Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes are allowed. However, we will probably be going slower than you would like. Here is info on the trail. https://pumpkinvine.org/the-trail/
